AIA (SL)

Archt. Rusiru Perera, Chartered Architect, completed his studies at the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects and obtained his Associate Membership (AIA SL) in the year 2014. Having studied Architecture for Eight years he has gained professional work experience for over 13 years in the capacity of an Architectural Assistant, a Junior Architect, a Senior Architect, Interior Designer and a Project Manager at the journey of his Career of Architecture

He is a result oriented, ambitious and optimistic Architect, with proven abilities in Design Concept Formulation, Strategic & Planning professionalism, Design Presentation, Managing Projects from Inception to Completion, Team building, and Detailing project information perfectly to determine effective operations. He has experience in handling various types of projects ranging from Personalized Houses to Residential Apartments including Cost Effective Housing, Institutional buildings, Banks and commercial offices, Tourist & City Hotels, Educational and religious buildings under several well accomplished Architects in Sri Lanka.

He is a person who can fit in to any Client group and a strategic thinker and a fast problem solver. Able to thrive in dynamic and fluid environments while remaining pragmatic and focused. Some of the key projects ongoing and recently completed are 5 storied residential apartment at Colombo 06, 4 storied Bank of Ceylon Super Grade Branch and Province Office at Trincomalee, 10 storied Bank of Ceylon Super Grade Branch at Hambantota, 30,000 sq.ft Annadanam Hall for Thevanai Amman Devasthanam at Kataragama, Extension and Face Lifting for 5 storied Commercial Building of Ravi Jewellers at Sea Street, Colombo 11 and Cey Bank Rest Holiday Resort at Nuwara-Eliya for the Bank of Ceylon.
