Ar. Raja Sivaraman completed his Architectural studies in SAP, Anna University, Chennai, India in 2009 and specialized in Urban Design in Bartlett UCL, London in 2011 and obtained his charter in SLIA in 2014.

His work experience expands over 10 yrs as professional chartered architect and urban designer, constantly zooming in and out of different scales of project from personalized housing/commercial housing to reclamation/ township projects. Some of the key projects completed are University of Kelaniya, Colombo, Sri Lanka, Apartments for MM Residence Jaffna, Colombo , Sri Lanka, Twin house at Ramakrishna avenue, Chandy Residence in Tuticorin, India, TCS Office Building at Kakkanad , Kochi , India, Colombo Coastal Reclamation Project , Kataragama Master Plan.

He has a good understanding to produce imaginative yet practical schemes, maximizing the potential and development on a given site and Has the capability to arrive at creative solutions, within the commercial constraints of a developer.
