AIA (SL)

Archt. Purni Samayamanthri, Chartered Architect ,completed her Architectural Studies at the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects, and obtained her Associate Membership (AIA SL) in the year 2010. Having studied Architecture for 8 years and having professional work experience for over 14 years in the capacity of an Architectural Assistant, a Junior Architect, a Senior Architect, Interior Designer and a Project Manager at every instance, has rendered her the capacity and competence to give priority to excellent quality of work and to consistently maintain Cost, Quality and Time targets of a project.

Her vast experience in the Architectural practice has enabled her to work on a variety of projects ranging from Personalized houses to Residential Apartments, Commercial buildings, Resort hotels, City Hotels and Religious buildings. Most projects involved providing Conceptual designs to potential clients, Designing and Detailing of space and interior elements, project costing, quality controlling, supervision of all related Civil Works and Managing entire Projects from their inception to completion. In doing this she was involved in liaising with various contractors, clients and suppliers, and inspection of works at sites which required extensive project administration work.

Some of the ongoing and completed projects are Private residences at Thimbirigasyaya Road and Rajagiriya and Renovation projects on Private residences in Police Park Avenue, Thimbirigasyaya Road & Modara, New Apartments at Pamankada, New Commercial Building at Wellawatte and Sai Baba Temple at Puwakpitiya.
