A 5-storey used Building which was purchased by the client was required to be converted into a 3-star city hotel. The Sea front Location along a rapidly developing commercial urban highway,invariably provided the perfect background for a lucrative project. The existing floor layouts were re-used with minimum demolitions of internal walls for the new room layouts, while a moderate amount of wall breakage was needed in converting the Ground and 1st floors into an entrance lobby and Hotel restaurant. > more
