Kanthimathy @ Sathya , having 25 years experience in Hospitality Industry started her carrier from Hotel Aryaas , Tirunelveli. .1989 – 1991 ( 3 years ) - Hotel Aryaas , Tirunelveli .Started as a Secretary in the Administration Department and handled Guest Relations activities. 1991 – 2012 ( 21 years ) – Breeze Hotel, Chennai Started as a Secretary to Managing Director of the Company and assisted Managing Director on the day to day administration of the hotel . She has co-ordinated with engineering division for all the Project & Renovation activities of the Hotel . She also handled International Guest Travel movements for Business / Medical trips , which includes Air Ticket, Accommodation, Shopping activities and medical tourism . During the year 2005, she was promoted as a Banquet Manager to care of Banquet Sales and Outdoor Catering activities of the Hotel. During her tenure , the company has achieved highest sales with increased cover charges per person in the Banquet Division and she added more company guest data to the hotel . She is the key management person for the success of Breeze Hotel .2012 onwards she became the Director of Arch Triad Consultants, Administrating the hotel division of the company .Arch Triad now started 75 covers Multi-Cuisine Restaurant with 75 pax Party Hall at Anna Nagar , Chennai.
