Mrs.Geetha Eeswara, the Senior Quantity Surveyor is rendering her service in Our Organization and her Work Experience expands over 25 years as a Professional Quantity Surveyor that covers many projects ranging from personalized houses to residential apartments , institutional buildings – banks and commercial offices, hotel complexes, educational and health institutions, religious buildings and factory buildings. In most of these projects she has involved pre & post contract in quantity surveying, coordination and contract administration.

Some of the key projects recently involved are: six storied examination & lecture halls project at University of Kelaniya, (LKR 246M), 10 storied Residential Apartments for MM Residence at Jaffna (LKR 574 M), Two storied bank branch offices for Bank of Ceylon at Nelliadi Jaffna (LKR 49 M), Five storied bank building with holiday resort at Nuwara Eliya (LKR 216.9 M), Eastern Province Office and Super grade Branch for Bank of Ceylon at Trincomalee (LKR 130 M),Sri Thevani Amman Devasthanam at Katharagama (LKR 128.6 M), 10 storied Neuro-Trauma hospital project at General Hospital –Colombo (15M US$), Factory Expansion Project at Korea Ceylon Foot ware Manufacturing Co. in Investment promotion Zone- Katunayake (LKR 300M).
